B2B Telesales Executive (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Salary £15-20k Dependent on Experience 

As a Telesales Executive, you will be required to make outbound sales calls to both existing and prospective business-to-business customers.

It is essential to have good spoken English, a fun bubbly personality, the ability to build effective customer relationships and like to work in small teams.

Role Includes:

● Keeping regular contact with both existing and new customers by telephone.
● Developing positive relationships with customers to anticipate and meet their needs.
● Re-establishing contact with lapsed customers to regain their business.
● Seeking opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
● Recording of all individual sales accurately on all relevant paperwork and computer systems. 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

● Have good communications skills.
● Have a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
● Be organised and able to juggle multiple workloads.
● Be motivated and resilient when speaking with accounts.
● Have some experience in using a CRM system and strong IT skills.

Accounts Clerk Vacancy (Part-Time)

Due to retirement we require a candidate to join our existing accounts team, with duties including purchase and sales ledger, credit control and general accounting tasks. 

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable administration, with a keen eye for detail and a strong teamwork ethic. 

Good numerical, literacy and IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook would be beneficial, and training will be provided on our company system and online banking systems. 

Hours of work are 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, or Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm.  


Sales Order Processing Operative Vacancy (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Due to our continued expansion additional sales order processing operatives are now required.

We require candidates to join our existing team in a busy sales office, with duties including telephone work, order taking, order processing and general office administration tasks.

Experience is not essential as an in depth on-the-job training programme will be delivered.

After training, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process from order receipt, through processing and scheduling delivery.

Candidate requirements:

● Good numerical, literacy and IT skills including programmes such as Excel & Word.
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● The ability to work within a very busy but friendly office environment.
● Clear and confident telephone manner.
● Strong communication skills.
● Flexible approach to business and customer needs.
● Customer-focus.
● Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
● Able to produce consistent results to daily deadlines.

The role is offered on a full time basis with hours of work being Monday to Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm, or part-time 8.30am-1pm and 1pm-5.30pm.
