Local Delivery

Our own transport fleet ensures free next day deliveries within a 50mile radius of our distribution centre in Accrington, Lancashire for orders placed before 3pm, weekdays. That includes most postcodes in Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Fylde Coast, West Yorkshire, Crewe, Stafford and Stoke.

UK-Wide Deliveries


All other UK deliveries will be made by our trusted carrier partners. Standard delivery is normally 1-2 days once your order has been processed. UK-wide deliveries are charged between £8.99 and £14.99.



Minimum Order Value


Orders below £20 will incur a minimum small order charge.



Conditions of Sale:

 

  • All prices quoted exclude VAT and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Listed prices and trade terms are subject to alterations without notice. We invoice at the price ruling at the date of despatch.

 

  • Credit account invoices will be issued on the day of despatch of goods and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to status. We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt delivery costs if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

 

  • Whether sent to us direct or given to our sales force and whether verbal or written, orders do not constitute a contract until they have been accepted by us, either by written acknowledgement or by sending the goods involved.

 

  • Risk and ownership - The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the goods remains with System Hygiene Limited until payment has been received in full for the goods.

 

  • In the event of any defect in products supplied by us or delays in delivery, we do not accept any liability for consequential loss or damage.

 

  • Pack sizes, specifications, weights are correct at time of publication, but may be subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted.

 

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products which they are purchasing are appropriate for the use and application to which they intend to put them. Always read the label.

 

  • Any delivery shortages, discrepancies, damage, loss of content or non- delivery, must be notified to customer services within 7 days of invoice date. No claims will be considered after this period.
