As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact, System Hygiene is proud to introduce a Free Cardboard Collection Service available to all existing customers.
This new initiative is designed to support our company mission to operate more responsibly and promote greener practices across the supply chain. We are encouraging customers to return any re-usable cardboard packaging originally supplied by System Hygiene, helping us extend the life of these materials and avoid unnecessary waste.
Reuse to Reduce: A Simple Step Towards a Greener Future
Collected cardboard will be re-used wherever possible, reducing the need for new packaging materials and supporting a circular approach to resources. By working together with our customers, we can significantly reduce our combined carbon footprints, lower waste levels, and contribute to the fight against climate change.

How the Service Works

Open to all current System Hygiene customers.

We will collect any cardboard packaging originally supplied by System Hygiene.

Cardboard must be flat-packed to ensure efficient storage and transport on our delivery vans.

All boxes must be clean, dry, and re-usable.
Our delivery drivers will collect the flattened cardboard during their regular delivery rounds when making deliveries to yourselves, making it easy and convenient for you to take part.
