The Vikan 5621 is a long handled shovel designed for use in a food environment. Fully colour coded plastic is designed to stop cross-contamination. Ergonomically designed, durable and lightweight. This shovel can be used for a varity of tasks and is suitable for food contact. Lightweight and durable, its one piece construction eliminates areas where bacteria can be harboured. Its smooth surface makes it extemely easy to clean, ideal for use in food preparation areas for moving food ingredients or large quantities of food waste.
