The Gummy Outdoor Chewing Gum is the answer to chewing gum waste and mess. The bin can be either fixed to a wall or mounted to a post. The gummy bin is designed to encourage children to dispose of their chewing gum by sticking it on to one of the comically decorated replaceable pads as opposed to disposing the gum onto the floor around entranceways or foyers. Once the pad is full simply discard and replace with a new one. Each sheet has approximatley 50 different amusing smiley faces on them. The bin is key lockable to help prevent vandalism.
