We're Open for Business

Wednesday, 4 November 2020 06:19:00 Europe/London

information

As we head for another national lockdown, we just wanted to reassure you that we’re doing everything we can to take care of our people and our customers during this challenging time.

We are open as usual. We’re still delivering essential hygiene and cleaning supplies to your door, using our own drivers for local deliveries and a network of couriers for the rest of the UK.

We have good levels of stock, particularly on face masks, sanitisers, disinfectants wipes and paper towel dispensers. These are not currently displayed on our website so please call us for availability and prices .

We have already implemented a lot of additional precautions to ensure first rate hygiene is maintained for everyone across the business, with a particular focus on our delivery drivers and those of us working in the warehouse. These include regular hand washing, social distancing and sanitisation of vans and work areas several times during each shift.

Due to the high level of demand on all couriers in the UK, delivery timeframes may be longer than normal, even on next-day delivery services. We will of course do everything to get your delivery to you as soon as we can. You can also pick up your order from our warehouse.

We appreciate your continued support, and hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy in the weeks and months to come.

According to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Britain’s cases of norovirus, gastroenteritis and swine flu infections are primarily down to dirty hands. Hands are often the main vehicle for transmitting germs by contact with others and through surfaces such as door handles and toilet flushes.
