information

The UK is experiencing what continues to be a global challenge regarding the unprecedented spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

This is having a dramatic effect on global supply chains. The response from Governments around the world is generating unprecedented demand for hygiene consumables.

Manufacturers are facing increasing difficulties in the production of hand and surface sanitisers, antibacterial wipes, disinfectants, face masks and soaps.

Raw materials are more difficult to source, supply chains are suffering from bottlenecks and some factories in affected areas are temporarily closing under pressure of from the virus.

We will continue monitoring the situation as closely as we can. In the meantime, please be aware that this unprecedented situation is having an impact on all orders.

We are experiencing a 1-week lead times across all products. This means that you may not get your order as quickly as you anticipated, or that it may be sent as a part order in order to ensure a speedier dispatch.

Thank you for your continued support

Our staff are experiencing a very high level of calls and emails, so we ask you to please be patient with them. If you do have any questions about stock or delivery times, please speak with your System Hygiene representative or e-mail us at [email protected]
